Sharon was an excellent host and very responsive! Her house was quite large and fit our large party comfortably. Stayed here for my sisters wedding with friends and family and it was perfect. Very private with great views. Would highly recommend her place!
We took a group of yoga practitioners here and we had an incredible weekend! There is so much space to both gather/be together but to also be alone. The outdoor area is gorgeous, and the pool/hot tub is amazing. And the slide--what a fun addition to this home!! Also, I appreciated how clear they made the directions for using the amenities. The neighborhood is quiet, and you really feel like you are getting away from it all. It's just a quick drive to a winery which most of our guests went to visit. The home itself is in great condition and very comfortable beds. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful through the whole process. We had an incredible time and will be renting this home again for our group gatherings!
My friends and I have taken an annual vacation for the last 5 years or so. We are always looking for a spectacular house that doubles as our entertainment ~ as we use the time to hang out and catch up. This property did not disappoint! It was huge and spacious and accommodated our humongous group with no problem. The layout allowed parents to put young kids to bed and then still be able to socialize without the worry of waking anyone up. Our whole group spent the majority of the time by the pool and water slide or in the game room adjacent to the outdoor area. Sharon was very easy to work with. There were a couple of minor issues that came up but they got handled quickly and efficiently. If you are looking for a house that has everything you need then this is the place for you! Fallbrook, we will be back!
Our family had the most amazing time at this vacation home! It is big enough for a large group, has a great game room and swimming pool and lots of room to relax! The house is well maintained and so clean. We will definitely return and recommend.
The house was fantastic! The listing doesn't do a good enough job of showing how big the place is and how many people it can comfortably fit. We stayed in the house with 16 guests for our wedding and everyone commented on how great the place with. With Sharon's permission, we were able to host a rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding, get ready at the house (with photographers and other family over) the morning of the wedding, and have a small get together the day after; the house was large enough to accommodate everyone! Having the late check-out option and the pool heated was well worth it while we were there. All the rooms and beds were super clean and well stocked. 10/10 for the place! I would strongly recommend staying here if you have a large amount of people staying with you.
This place was great. We stayed here with a wedding party of 18 and hosted our rehearsal supper around the pool. The inside is very spacious, and we could have fit more guests if necessary. The owner is very easy to work with and was flexible about our groups needs. I would recommend this for a large group that is looking for a scenic spot to stay.
This house is HUGE! Our wedding party stayed here and it fit 23 people easily! There is 2 sides two this house while one part of the house being 3-story. The game room is awesome and huge with a pool table, ping pong, poker table, tv and couch. The pool is awesome and easy to use. The slide is awesome and the jacuzzi heats up fast! Beds are comfortable. She allowed our two dogs to stay with us for a small fee but they loved it as well. Sharon was an amazing host, great communication from when we first booked it to throughout our stay. She was very understanding when we got a little loud post wedding. I would stay here again. The whole family - us, grown kids and grandkids - all thought your home was amazing! Sharon was very responsive if we had a question or need and her cleaning crew were excellent, lovely people. Everyone liked their own living space and their own bathroom! The huge kitchen was the focal point because everyone was sharing responsibility in coming together to make meals. Also, the huge table fit us all! The pool was so clean and sparkling and we had two full days of warm sunshine to enjoy it and its great Slide! Marsha and Bill
